This is a really useful pastry mat and a great addition to the kitchen if you do any baking at home. The large size is one of the best things about it, as it gives plenty of space to work without feeling cramped, whether you are rolling dough, pastry or pizza base. The non-slip design works well and helps keep the mat in place while using it, which makes the whole process easier and less messy. I also like the measurement markings, as they are genuinely useful when trying to get the right size or thickness without guessing. The silicone material feels good quality, easy to clean and much more convenient than working directly on the worktop. It rolls away for storage as well, which is helpful. Overall, this is a practical, well-made baking mat that does exactly what it should. Great size, easy to clean and very handy for regular baking.

It takes up most of my countertop (mat size 91.4 × 61 cm). Non-stick and absolutely fabulous. It makes working with marzipan, paste, and chocolate so easy. I can’t wait to try it with dough. It’s also very easy to clean. For storage, the mat can be rolled up, which works fine, though it does take up some room when rolled. It’s easy to fold it down into a smaller size, but the underside can be a bit sticky, which can make folding a little tricky. Despite that, it’s thick, durable, and great for heavy-duty use. The only downside is that the red text and numbers are difficult to read, while you can somewhat make out the measurement lines around the edge, they’re not very clear. If you’re hard of sight or have a dark countertop, you may want to consider a version with a different colour instead of red.

Excellent product, with great versatility. Slip resistance is fantastic, it adheres perfectly to kitchen counter and does not slide despite kneading and pushing. It is pleasant to the eye in the blue colour, and has helpful measurement charts printed in visible characters. Strange is very convenient as it can be rolled and it maintains the shape. Lastly, it is easy to clean since it folds easily into the sink.

Easy to clean. Very versatile. Non stick mat. My daughter recommended it and I’m so happy I got one for myself. Highly recommended.

Ohhh what a great baking mat, I got the largest size to fit the countertop no slip, nice thick mat but total rollablitiy at the same time… my husband is very pleased with it too I do a lot more baking 😁 If you like baking definitely try it

Really please with this mat it is really big and no stick ! Has a very unpleasant chemical smell but I have washed it thoroughly before use and loved it for my sourdough bread kneading and stretching works a treat.

Die Silikonmatte ist deutlich dicker als viele andere Modelle und liegt dadurch absolut rutschfest auf der Arbeitsfläche. Selbst beim kräftigen Ausrollen von Teig bewegt sich nichts, was das Arbeiten spürbar angenehmer macht. Die Oberfläche ist wirklich antihaftend: Teig, Fondant oder Pizza lassen sich problemlos lösen, ganz ohne zusätzliches Mehl oder Öl. Auch die Größe ist ein klarer Pluspunkt - man hat ausreichend Platz für größere Teigmengen oder mehrere Arbeitsschritte gleichzeitig. Nach der Nutzung lässt sich die Matte sehr einfach reinigen, entweder kurz abwischen oder in die Spülmaschine geben. Der mitgelieferte Teigschneider ist praktisch und rundet das Set sinnvoll ab. Fazit: Sehr hochwertige, dicke Backmatte mit top Haftung und viel Platz - ideal für regelmäßiges Backen rbeiten mit Teig.
