We just returned from a four and one half hour drive and back. the rack/bag combo worked really well. I had read in the reviews that there could be a rust problem at the welds. To prevent this, I sprayed it with clear rustoleum before mounting on my truck. I also mounted the u-bolts upside down so the flat side was against the bag and the pointy ends of the bolts were underneath. This did require a small spacer to take up space. the rack is also nice because one or two of the four sections can be removed if I choose to put it on a smaller vehicle. the bag is a huge dry-bag, with built in straps on top. the zipper goes completely around three sides of it. I put the non-zipper side to the front so the wind would not be trying to open it. It is tall enough to hold large plastic tubs plus enough stuff for five. If you're getting the rack, I recommend getting the bag with it. If you have a vehicle full of people and need a place to put their luggage, this is a good option.

Worked perfect easy install

Putting the rack together was easy. However when we put the bag in the rack it instantly put holes in the bottom of the bag from the screws. Once we got our stuff into the bag, and we were securing the bag. One clip broke. It was even tight yet. The bag did great on our drive down to Texas. On the way back from Texas our bag has a giant tear in it. And the straps are fraying. We are very upset about this bag not even lasting one road-trip!
