Definitely revs up your immune system! A buy!
While on a business trip, I took this with me and forgot my anti-viral pills. Travel stresses my body a lot and I get flare-ups of viral infections while under stress. When I realized I forgot my meds, I tried thus instead (heard a lot about it on Dr. Berg podcast on how, as we age, our thymus shrivel to almost nothing, causing immune function issues). It took a bit longer(3 days on this vs 1 day for meds) but it worked! I am going to take more now...and not only when I am stressed or traveling! Definitely buy if you want to naturally rev up your immune system! No more harsh meds for me!
