Good product
It helps to sleeping conciliation

Fantastic natural aid.
Daily capsule which really did help me get back on track after a protracted situation came to a head and had a dramatic shift causing great stress, mentally, physically and emotionally. I felt a subtle difference after a few days, with a stronger difference over a couple of weeks. Took them for around three months then weaned off them over the next month or so. Very beneficial without side effects.

Best sleep I've had in years!
I haven't slept this well in years! Always wake up at 4am and hardly ever fall asleep but since taking these at bedtime about 2 weeks ago I am getting incredible sleep, my watch says I'm averaging around 2hr deep sleep and REM, never come close to that!!! I even snooze and fall asleep again, unheard of for me!

Ingredients change - buyer beware
Ingredients different to website description & packaging in product shots. Assume there is a new formulation which doesn't contain l-theanine but be aware this isn't reflected in the Amazon listing yet.

Mmmh placebo?
I am not sure they did the greatest job on my sleeping issues but remember every sleeping issue is different, with different causes, so this product (or any other sleep aid). At the beginning I think they made my sleep a bit more solid, but eventually they were not a game changer! You only have to try
