I am an Industrial HVAC equipment mechanic with no "Modular Engine" design knowledge. I needed to rebuild my 5.4L 2 valve Van engine and wanted to increase the horsepower and performance in the process. This book is well written. The information is presented in a manor that is easy to understand and well organized. Book would be very valuable for someone just learning about this engine design and mechanical techniques.
