Excellent. This is one of the potency vitamin e capsules, and these are natural vitamin E capsules, not synthetic , which makes it possible to see and feel the difference

Very low potency
Contrary to what is written on the bottle, this is a low potency Vitamin E. It only has 40IU Vitamin E per capsule. This is 1/10th of the requirement for adults. If you research, you require at least 400IU per serving for vitamin E to benefit from it. So that would mean taking 10 tablets for one serving! So basically this is very high priced and low potency Vitamin E and will not be buying it again.
