It works and it’s a good price. Occasionally it won’t cycle up to 70° (Celsius) and I have to reset it. But overall a good mat.

At 71 I just learned about the benefits of infrared and crystals. This is a unique pad. Comes in its 🧳 bag. A bit heavy but if you’re traveling at all it’s well worth it. Mat unfolds to full body. Set your temperature (you may need to experiment with this) my temp 55. Use the toggle switch to turn on. Set your temperature then select hours of heat. I select 12 as I’m up and down and prefer to lay down as time permits. Read about the benefits in amazons ad. Yes it’s truly amazing. I’ve had two back surgeries in the last 6 months and having the infrared this time I feel as if my healing is going faster and less pain than before. I have a king size bed and keep it on bed so it’s convenient. Changing bedding I just slide it to floor and it stands next to bed til bed remade. I even nap on this pad. I really like this mat. I sleep on it every night. I turn the heat up real high initially then turn it down before falling asleep. I have slept on my back, belly and both sides and have found relief from all. It is very heavy...understandably.

Nothing like laying on a bed of gemstones! I was happy to see that this mat is filled with authentic gemstones. The heat works great. I've been sleeping on it for 4 to 5 hours a night. It feels good!

Bought this to replace a japanese model we’ve had for several years. This pad is larger however is not quite as hot as the old japanese one but does a good job still. definitely worth the money.

The controls are so easy to use. Lying on it makes my whole body relax.
