This probe is superb. It works very well and the digital readout aids in troubleshooting circuits. I default to this probe whenever an electrical system issue pops up.

I think it says something about a product when in reality you know nearly nothing about how to use it, yet you still can because it's that simple and easy to use. This is one of those products. I decided to hardwire a dashcam in my car. I know literally nothing about installing electronics. When it comes to electricity and installing things, I usually leave it up to my mechanic father-in-law, as I'm convinced that my phobia of being electrocuted is some Lamarckian feature inherited because my great grandfather was electrocuted in 1909. I'm not joking. So against my better judgment I decided to take on this task, and let me tell you: it was way simpler than I'd ever imagined, in part thanks to the AWBLIN Circuit Tester. I watched some installation videos and many of them had the normal circuit tester that simply has a lightbulb in it that lights up. But because the installation directions specifically said to choose a fuse with at least 12v, I wanted to get this one since it will show you that information. In fact, it can display and alert you to a lot more information than just that, if you really need it. But I just needed the voltage, and it accurately displayed it each time. It's very simple to use and comes with clear directions. Really, you probably won't need them because the display is so clear and easy to use. And, at this price versus the simpler version, it just makes sense to get this version. You don't get just a lightbulb that essentially says "there's power!" but rather you get all sorts of other information that can be useful for your task. I highly recommend this circuit tester. If someone as apprehensive about electricity like me can use it perfectly, you can, too, and for those of you who have a lot more experience with this stuff, this circuit tester displays all the information you could ever want.

Already this is money well spent after only a few uses. Readings for checking vehicle batteries seems to be right on point. Using it is easy even for someone with very little or no electrical expertise. It is solidly built with a nice bright display even in daylight. I cannot yet vouch for durability,if it continues with this performance it will easily be one of the most used item in my tool box.

This test light is a game-changer for electrical work. Solid build quality, bright indicator, and the sharp probe makes it easy to check fuses, grounds, and circuits. The cord is a good length, and the clip holds tight. I used it while wiring a dash cam and troubleshooting a few accessories. Its super accurate and saved me a ton of time. Can’t believe I didn’t get one sooner. Highly recommend!

Very nice quality

Coming from a small test light I had for years but it broke. Decided to try this. Size is a bit big/bulky from what I'm used to. But it works good and I like the volt meter...nice bonus and it looks good too, nice and bright.

I like the simple read out and ease of connect / disconnect. After removing a battery from charge, to know what percentage of charge is left / available to use, and until you understand from actual experience, this device takes the gesss-work away. My system at the moment is 12V DC and this tester can handle up to 60 volts, making it useable for 12, 24, 36 and 48 V systems. In a larger battery bank, just test each battery individually to avoid overvoltage. This will also aid to determine an underperforming battery in the battery bank.
