The product is incredible and very useful.
★★★★★ Absolutely love this chocolate fountain! It’s the perfect addition to any party or family gathering. The design is sleek and compact, and it was super easy to set up and use right out of the box. The chocolate flows smoothly and looks amazing—just like something you’d see at an event or buffet.

Great Fountain!!
It turned out to be great! I was worried after seeing so many mixed reviews. I tested out the machine - it was balanced. I melted our chocolate in a crock pot and made 2-3 pounds with 1 cup of oil while melting. I turned on the heat for 3 mins, poured the chocolate in the base and turned on motor, it worked perfectly! The motor is a tad loud but with the music and people talking you couldn’t even hear it. Everyone loved it, chocolate tasted great and it was a success!! Make sure to put a plate or something in front of the fountain - people/children were spilling it - you can see it in the pics.

Invest in a better one of you're having an event
I had such high hopes for these! So much so that I ordered two for our event. I followed every instruction precisely and they did not heat as they were supposed to. The chocolate hardened and made such a mess! Super disappointing. Not sure if it's a quality control issue or what but if they would have heated(yes, we preheated and everything) it would have been great. Guests complained and we had a disaster of a mess to clean up. Definitely returning. Pros: nice idea and size(a little small so we got two) Cons: Value for money, no heat so super thick and clumpy chocolate, overall such a bummer

Great Fountain for the price
When I first unboxed this item I was a little apprehensive. There was no instruction documentation included. After playing around with it, I figured out the correct configuration for assembly. It wasn't difficult, but would have saved some time if I had at least a picture of assembly sequence. The box says it holds 32 oz, (2 lbs), of chocolate. It does hold this amount, but if you want the flow you see in my video, you will need about 4 lbs. Assembly 1. Insert the round bottom brace into the bowl. It will have stanchions that will insert over the standoffs in the bowl. Then insert the largest plastic bowl onto the bottom brace. Insert the auger inside, then attach the top round brace, followed by the second largest plastic bowl, then the third. The last attachment is inserted at the top and keeps the auger straight. 2. Once assembled, turn on the heat to the metal bowl. Do not turn on the auger except if you want to test your assembly, but be sure it is turned off before adding chocolate. The unit should be level so the chocolate is dispersed evenly in the bowl. The 2 front legs are adjustable so leveling is pretty easy. The key to getting the flow seen in my video: 3. Melt your chocolate,(I started with 2 lbs for first batch). Microwave your chips for 2 minutes. If using stove top.. watch closely so it doesn't burn. {Even though most chocolate I have bought says you do not need to add oil to make it flow.. I had to add a little bit of oil to get it to flow nicely.) 4. Add your chocolate to the fountain bowl. Let it set for 10 - 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt more chocolate. 5. Once you have you second batch of chocolate ready, turn on the auger. It will siphon the chocolate to the top of the fountain. You will notice that the bowl will start to empty of chocolate, that is when the second batch is introduced to the fountain. I have found that it is easier to add the second batch to the TOP of the fountain, a little at a time to incorporate it into the mixture. Let the fountain run. It will eventually obtain the affect you want in a fountain. It may take several minutes to do so. If your chocolate still seems too thick to make a good curtain, you can add a little bit of oil into the chocolate at the base bowl. Let it run several minutes to incorporate before using. This is not an easy clean-up as melted chocolate is just, well, messy. It is easier to dis-assemble while the chocolate is melted. The parts are NOT dishwasher safe, so only wash by hand. There is a small plastic washer that sets around the shaft the auger is attached to. It is easy to lose, so be careful when dumping left over chocolate as it is just sitting around the shaft. I assume it is to keep the chocolate from going down into the unit, (there again, no instructions, so only guessing). While this takes a little more work, both to set up and to clean, I would still recommend this unit. The joy that guests got from using it was well worth the effort. The only CON I can really state is the lack of assembly instructions and perhaps operational use. Otherwise, this was a big hit at 2 Christmas parties in 2023.

Great fountain!
This fountain was great. I hosted a party for 25 and left it on for 3 hours. I had to refill once but it did great. After the refill it wasn’t flowing correctly but I turned it off and back on and it was perfect. I was a little concerned after reading a few reviews but it worked perfectly for me. I did make sure and add oils to my chips for the flow. Great buy and hit of the party.

Fun while it lasts
This was a fun centerpiece for my Halloween snack table. Sadly, the fun didn’t last for too long because the chocolate doesn’t stay heated long enough to continue flowing smoothly. It was relatively easy to set up, but the functionality isn’t too practical if you want more than just a picture/video and 5 minutes of use. Was also not fun to clean up, although leaving it to soak for a couple days definitely helped.

Worth purchasing
This was the hit of Easter desserts. Very simple to use and worked wonderfully. I purchased the good Belgian chocolate that was fountain ready and did not need oil to be added. Can’t wait to use it again.

perfect for parties
The design is so pretty. It’s so convenient to use. It’s slightly noisy but for the price, it doesnt even matter to me. My friends loved this as well as my family. Great value for the price. I used almost 4 bags of ghirardelli chocolate and it lasted for hours

Misleading. It's 110v, not 220v which means u should get a power adapter

We bought this for my baby shower and future events when they come up. A little loud but easily drowned out in a larger room with more ambient noise. The pieces were easy to take apart and clean. The most important part is that you MUST mix the chocolate chips with vegetable oil (I used coconut) in the ratio recommended (3/4c oil to 2lbs chocolate). We left it running for hours with no issues.
