how long does the product last in the refrigerator?

We kept ours for 4 months in the fridge and they were perfectly fine!

So….according to the vendor’s Q & A section: “Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. It’s highly advisable to refrigerate after opening the jar and consume within one week of opening. Never freeze this product.” I love boba pearls but….I can’t go through 7 pounds in 1 week! Others put them in the fridge and it last a couple of months….that’s what I’m going to do….
