what is reverse weave mean?

Not certain of technical answer but reverse weave is a heavier fabric which provides more warmth. As I’ve gotten older I’ve gotten more “cold blooded” so a regular weight sweatshirt does not provide the comfort I need. Reverse weave provides the additional warmth. I love them. I’ve probably bought at least a dozen in assorted colors over the years.

Its across the upper back and a little on the arm sleeves
