One stop shop budget mouse *by S***G on Reviewed in the United States on February 20, 2017* THIS IS FOR THE G1, not the g2 which has a windows button next to dpi! Great mouse, comparable to higher end zowie, logitech in terms of features and the classic optical laser. I like the form factor and button layout, the mouse is a little "clicky" but not terrible imo. The dpi corresponds to the laser color you have active, so if you want to have it a certain color and slower dpi setting it's not 100% customizable from that perspective. There are two different modes for this mouse, which really threw me for a loop for a couple of hours was the "Media" mode which is activated if you hold the dpi button for 3 seconds it controls the volume of the pc with the scroll wheel mainly just fyi because I had not seen this feature before even though it seemingly is a thing on other mice. My main thumbs down on this mouse is the cord is too short. It appears there was a plastic sticker guarding the laser and steel underbelly, but there were only remnants of a sticker on mine.The scroll functionality is not smooth like al new mouse. It is in need of an good old oiling. The up/down scroll is choppy and makes for scrolling with the middle button difficult.There were no instructions, no receipt, no driver information. Just a box with a used mouse in a brown box.But hey, the item is from CHINA and I knew what I was getting into.
