Are these oem makita batteries or after market batteries with the makita brand logo on it, logo looks odd small in size?

I honestly had a similar concern when I purchased these, but I made a good gamble. these ARE without a doubt legitimate Makita Batteries. (I don't do after market) The label style tends to change ever so often, I think that is what accounts for the smaller label. I was quite pleased with my purchase of these batteries, work as well as all my other 5 amps do. best wishes.

Yes, as far as know they are all compatible. I've been charging mine for the last couple weeks without any trouble.
