Don't understand what you mean? It will dissolve into soil and add mineral to it. Nothing that would improve mineral base.

Q: Will this work on blacktail and elk?

This product did not work for me to attract whitetail nor axis deer. I doubt it will work for blacktail or elk.

Q: What is the color of this stuff. If you dump it on the ground will you notice it

It is white but when you spread it on the ground it says to pour water on it so that it starts to dissolve into the ground and not just run off. I cleared off a 4 by 4 area all the way down to dirt like it said on package. Honestly though haven’t noticed any more buck movement than usual in past 2 weeks since I spread it over the area
