I love this product. My struggle with hair loss greatly improved by third shampoo. Conditioner is the key. Leave on 2-3 minutes as indicated on bottle. I like the fresh smell. I have used theses products for two months now and no hair loss and lots of new growth! Very happy 😊

I was looking for a good tea tree shampoo and conditioner. Once I got these I was extremely happy with them. It has a good scent and cleans my hair very well. Plus it's a great value for what you get. Now if your looking for a shampoo that gives you that tingly sensation and has a long lasting scent, this is not what your looking for. But if you want a tea tree shampoo that cleans well and leaves your hair soft this is it.

Good three weeks in to using , doesn’t lather up real good unless I use at least 4 good pumps, conditioner I’m using 8 good pumps but still leaves my hair tangled badly and end up pulling hair out as I pick it out. Now for the three stars I honestly feel that my hair feels thicker , very little hair in drain , only my hair pick as I detangle it after my shower. Smell mild, nothing bad, one of the pumps was broken but was able to fix , bottles could be of better quality My hair doesn’t look oily and or dry , I plan to use all the product and I’ll report when it’s gone

I bought these to replace my more expensive tea tree shampoo & conditioner. The product itself works okay but I feel like it's a weak replacement. I do like that the pumps work great & the size is bigger than most of the other tea tree shampoo out there. I probably would buy again but keep in my guest bathroom.

The pumps were a little difficult to work at first but once i got them pulled out they worked fine, in my opinion I can't really pick out the tea trell smell so its good for you if you don't want it to be too strong, i think the peppermint was stronger than the tea tree, i haven't been using the shampoo for long enough to tell if it helps with my hair thinning or not but it did make my hair super soft and i had no issues with excessive tangling or anything after use, im excited to see if this works for hair regrowth going forwards

A few years ago, as I was approaching middle-age, I found that my hair was thinning, especially at the front nearest my forehead. HORRORS! I have ordered and used at least three different brands of shampoo/conditioner that's supposed to decrease hair loss and increase body. I never really noticed mcuh difference, but I didn't want to go back to 'regular' shampoo, just in case. The first brand I tried did NOT smell good, and it was $expensive$. The second brand was less expensive, but had no smell to speak of. The third brand was AWFUL. The shampoo stuck, and the conditioner felt like I was just rubbing gel into my hair. No shine, no smoothness... Yuck! Enter Biotin... first of all, it smells wonderful, and it feels nice going on my hair. Second, I can't remember the last time my hair felt this healthy. Finally, and most importantly, I see a definite improvement in the density of my hair. I am thrilled!!! And I am now a very loyal customer.

The first set of the shampoo and conditioner I bought was absolutely amazing!! I would have easily given them 5 stars. I had an itchy scalp because the conditioner I was using wasn't conditioning my scalp. Even though I was push the conditioner into my scalp, it just wasn't doing it. So, I decided to give this a try. The smell doesn't linger in the hair, so if you are not a fan of tea tree smell, you will be fine. After the first was and condition I was very impressed and how soft it let my hair was amazing. When I finished both bottles I bought it again. I do not know why the shampoo and conditioner changed so much between bottles, but the second bottle of conditioner is not worth 3 stars, maybe 1. This tells me that there is no consistency in this product. The shampoo is good and the only reason I am giving this 2 stars. The conditioner lacks the ability to condition at all. On the first bottle I would use 3 or 4 squirms and now it's like 7 or 8 just to get some kind of conditioning to my long hair. 1st bottle I would be able to brush out my hair with now problem and now I have a tangled mess that takes me twice as long. I got to the point that after I dry my hair with a towel, I put a couple squirts in my hand and use it as a leave in. It's better than without it, but the first bottle was amazing and this bottle isn't worth $1. A company that doesn't care about the product quality will never be around very long. From what I can see, there is zero product quality. If there was, the second time I bought this product would be the same as the first. I hope this helps with the purchase of this product. Just use caution when purchasing.
