Where can i get replacement filters for this specific pump?

How can I get a refund? This is targeted for for fish and turtle. Not safe for my turtle.

This is very safe for a turtle. I have two turtles that live with this filter and I’ve never had any issue at all.

Can I get the cord wet? And do I have to fully submerge it?

It doesn't work fully submerged. I attempted it.

Does this work for aquariums that use sand in the bottom instead of rocks?

I feel like it will work with sand, but it might get caught on the filter and you have to clean it more often I use seashells and gravel and marbles. My suggestion is to have the filter up high if you’re going to use the sand.
