Light, Healthy, and Perfectly Versatile—Shirataki for the Win!
What I Love: Ultra-Low Calorie & Carb: Nearly calorie-free and under 1g net carbs—ideal for keto, low-carb, or calorie-focused diets. Unique Textural Fun: The rolled-up noodles have a satisfyingly chewy bite, great in hot pots, soups, and stir-fries without getting mushy. Quick & Easy Prep: Just rinse, boil for a couple of minutes, and they’re ready to soak up whatever flavor you’re cooking. No parboiling or draining stress. Neutral Flavor: Almost tasteless on their own, which means they adapt beautifully to broths, spicy sauces, or savory stir-fry mixes. ⚠️ Quick Tips: Wash thoroughly: Rinse well and optionally boil to eliminate the natural scent from the konjac plant. Combine with flavor: Best when cooked in flavorful broths or sauces—plaintext use can feel bland. Pat dry: After rinsing, drying the noodles helps them absorb sauces more effectively. ✅ Final Take: If you're after a light, adaptable, and diet-friendly noodle option, this rolled shirataki is a top choice—especially for soups, hot pots, or stir-fries. Flavor it well, and you’ll love this keto and wellness-friendly delight!

Barf
If this is low carb eating I would rather be fat. I rinsed and prepared according to the package but nothing could have prepared me for the intense flavor that is a mixture of fish, the smell of dirty socks and the texture of rubber and slime at the same time. This is the nastiest thing that has ever come across my lips. Fair warning to the carb conscious person: unless you prefer fermented fish flavor and fun new consistencies that do not mix with any broth maybe try something else.

WAY over priced!
Way over priced! You can find them under a different name for less! The noodles themselves are fine for a low carb option, but again, this particular brand is WAY over priced for the small amount of product!

Great
These are amazing! It does smell fishy when you first open it but all you have to do is rinse them and the smell goes away..as far as the texture I didnt mind it..some reviews said that they're so chewy like a rubberband but not even..they're eatable and they make great low calorie high volume meals

Overpriced, even by Amazon standards...
I'm stuck at home for a while so couldn't get these from the local grocer for this week. I didn't pay attention to the size (when ordering) so laughed when I opened the Amazon box. 8.4 ounces is a tiny package o' noodles. For those westerners who haven't tried these types of noodles, they are closest in texture to rice noodles in Asian dishes. They are chewy and are great in stir fries. They are a great addition to low carb eating, especially for those learning how to cook Asian dishes. You SHOULD NOT use these to replace spaghetti or eat them alone without tons of veggies and/or meat. They have absolutely no nutritional value but are filling and a healthier alternative to rice noodles for diabetics. So, as far as the rating goes, this has more to do with the package being overpriced. Should be closer to $3.50 or so for what's essentially 2 servings. Wait until these are on sale or just find them at a local store. Especially if you live in a metro city. :-/

Very Good When Used in the Right Dish
I’ve been working on keeping my diet healthy and low‑carb, and these konjac noodles turned out to be a great addition. Each week I make a big pot of vegetable soup, and this time I decided to toss in the noodles for something different. They blended right in—absorbing the flavors of the veggies and spices beautifully. I’d read that some people noticed a fishy smell, but I didn’t experience that at all. Maybe the soup masked it, but to me they were completely neutral. The texture is unique—similar to glass noodles—so they’re not the best substitute for pasta in Italian dishes. But in Asian‑style recipes or soups, they work perfectly. The noodles themselves don’t have much flavor, which I actually like because they soak up whatever you cook them with. To me, the price seemed fair and, overall, I’m happy with them and plan to buy again.
