Review: Fantastic scissors - The scissors are precision cutters. They are a little different than my older ones. The point is more pointier and sharp. They cut cloth with a sharp clean cut. I got these to replace my other scissors that I do crafts with which no longer can ts that good. I guess they are too good for that. These will be my new sewing scissors and my other sewing scissors will be my craft cutter. I love friskers scissors. These scissors are the best! I love my delivery man also! He is fantastic with delivery! This product could have blown away by my door and he rings the doorbell or places it inside my screen door. He is very considerate on his deliveries. My husband and I love it when he delivers. He does a fantastic job❤️ Review: Most Superior Small Scissors - I needed a little 'work horse' pair of scissors that could get into tight areas like fishing line and to cut tight thread when I was sowing materials. I have a pair of large Fiskars scissors and they are superior but were too large for small tasks. These little guys are superior and I love the sharp tips that can literally, cut through almost anything for a small pair of scissors. The price is good, the grip is nice, the weight is perfect and I could not have found a better pair of scissors. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these scissors :)) ## Features - PRECISION CUTTING: Ideal for intricate details, effortlessly slicing through multiple fabric layers with ease - LASTING SHARPNESS: Proprietary blade grinding technique ensures a sharp edge that maintains precision from base to tip - SWEDISH STAINLESS STEEL: Specially formulated blades resist rust and dulling, offering long-lasting durability - ERGONOMIC DESIGN: Iconic orange handles provide unmatched comfort and control for all your crafting needs - COMPACT SIZE: 4 7/8 inch length perfect for detailed projects and easy storage in your crafting kit ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B003YOHF5M | | Best Sellers Rank | #343 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ( See Top 100 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ) #16 in Craft Scissors | | Blade Edge | Straight | | Blade Material | Stainless Steel | | Brand | Fiskars | | Brand Name | Fiskars | | Color | Original Version | | Customer Reviews | 4.9 out of 5 stars 1,230 Reviews | | Finish Types | Polished | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00020335037014 | | Hand Orientation | Ambidextrous | | Handle Material | Stainless Steel,Steel | | Item Dimensions L x W | 0.38"L x 3.38"W | | Item Highlight | For Intricate Cuts, Swedish Stainless Steel Blades Do Not Dull or Rust, Lasting Sharp Edge, Double-Loop Handle for Control | | Item Weight | 1.12 ounces | | Manufacturer | Fiskars | | Manufacturer Part Number | 01-005435 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | Lifetime warranty | | Material | Stainless Steel, Steel | | Material Type | Stainless Steel,Steel | | Model Number | 01-005435 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Product Dimensions | 0.38"L x 3.38"W | | Product Style | Stitcher | | Style | Stitcher | | UPC | 020335037014 704946738897 704550047767 683203252218 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Blade Material:** Stainless Steel - **Brand:** Fiskars - **Color:** Orange - **Material:** Stainless Steel - **Style:** Straight Detail ## Images ![Fiskars 5" Stitcher Fabric Scissors for Sewing & Quilting, No. 5, Orange - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61QidZwrseL.jpg) ![Fiskars 5" Stitcher Fabric Scissors for Sewing & Quilting, No. 5, Orange - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71plpd1JrML.jpg) ![Fiskars 5" Stitcher Fabric Scissors for Sewing & Quilting, No. 5, Orange - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/917HipPFKdL.jpg) ![Fiskars 5" Stitcher Fabric Scissors for Sewing & Quilting, No. 5, Orange - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71RKsNKd1KL.jpg) ![Fiskars 5" Stitcher Fabric Scissors for Sewing & Quilting, No. 5, Orange - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81X3GpUIPqL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: In the picture the front blade tip looks longer/bigger that the back blade. Is this the case? I am looking for scissors that can cut right at the tip.** A: For anyone having problems starting to cut an inside circle, try piercing the material or paper with only one blade to start the 'hole' **Q: Looking for the right scissors to cut super fine minature u shaps and other super fine miniscule details in paper? think these would be great?** A: That is exactly what I use these scissors for. I have a youtube channel on decoupage and I am forever recommending these scissors for all fine and tricky cuts in paper. The other option is to use a cutting matt with a knife, that also works really well. Hope this helps!Patioelf on youtube. **Q: I "destroyed" a pair of my wifes scissors similar to these (wont make teensy triangle cuts) she said they were hq and pricey. $10 hq?** A: I don't know what your hq represents. High quality? They are an excellent precise pair of scissors. Highly recommend. **Q: Are they good for cutting plastic canvas ?** A: I don't know. They're good for paper, and very sharp. I use Joyce Chen kitchen scissors for heavy cutting: 28 gauge copper, etc. They might do your work. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic scissors *by N***R on February 15, 2026* The scissors are precision cutters.
