Seat it fully with sharp hammer blows first; impact before torque or it may slip out.
I bought the Laser 8109 Locking Wheel Nut Remover after snapping my original BMW anti-theft wheel nut key. The lug nuts were extremely seized, and I was starting to run out of sensible options. I brought the car (BMW 520D F10) to my local dealer, as they have a master set of locking wheel nut keys. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the correct one for my car. At that point, my only remaining alternative was welding a nut onto the locking bolt — not ideal and something I wanted to avoid if possible. Following advice, I went with the Laser 8109, and I’m very glad I did. Despite how badly seized the locking bolts were, it did the job and removed the wheel nut successfully. Solid tool, well made, and it genuinely works when used correctly. Tips from experience if you’re dealing with badly seized locking nuts: Use a proper breaker bar — not a standard ratchet A bottle jack can be used under the breaker bar to carefully lever it upward when extra force is needed If the nut is very seized, heat the lug nut with a heat gun, especially if penetrating oil isn’t getting in Use a lump hammer or small sledge and give quick, sharp hits to the impact portion of the remover before applying torque — this is the most effective technique There is a chance the disposable removal bit can twist out of the lug nut; if this happens, give a few sharp taps again, re-seat it properly, and try once more Take your time and make sure the remover is fully seated before applying force. Done correctly, this tool saves a huge amount of hassle and avoids damaging wheels or studs. If your locking wheel nut key has snapped and even the dealer can’t help, the Laser 8109 is an excellent solution. Highly recommended.

Just works
I was sceptical that this would work, but was left with either a DIY approach or an expensive dealer bill after an independent tyre shop managed to shear the locking wheel nut. Happy to say, followed the instructions and managed to get all locking nuts off the car and replaced for less than the price the dealer quoted. Only comment would be to make sure you have a long handled 3lb hammer as per the instruction; I initially tried a 2lb club hammer, but the 3lb gave a better strike to the impact driver with more control than the club hammer.

Fantastic tool definitely worth the money
I was a bit sceptical at first but when it came to removing the locking wheel nuts from a Audi a4 to change the brakes the tool was very simple to use and we had the wheel nuts off in under 20 minutes so very effective tool definitely worth the money

Does the job
Works but be ready for hardship

If your wheel nut is on tightly (over torqued or seized) and you are using the deforming Blade C (replaceable part), it won't necessarily remove the nut - the blade deforms then can just slip.
