I have thin and frizzy hair, will this hold when its windy? also, does this spray make your hair stiff after applying?

I cannot get this to spray at all. Horrible!! Is there something I should know about using this spray?

Shake the can very well prior to using it. The contents need to be well mixed then it won't clog. I called the manufacturer and they told me it says to do that on the label (but who can read that extremely small print on the can!!??) I started shaking the can and never had a problem after that.

How much mph will it hold? Also is this one better or 25

I like the 20 better than the 25. It is a strong hold but you can move the hair and it will stay in place. The 25 is too stiff.
