A little bit to get used to as I would usually like to feel my hair bubbling up with the shampoo, and this only requires a nickel-sized circle of soap; 3 times a week. Of course I’m not one to follow directions all of the time (I do most of the time…), so I typically would just use it daily, but if you do miss a shower one or two days in a week, you won’t suffer any loss of effort in applying this. Just note that it’s much easier to spread on short hair (when only using a nickel sized amount), and a bit more difficult to feel it go through your hair when long. It smells great, and the bottle lasts a long time! Texture kind of feels like a face moisturizer but for your hair. If you also are wanting that smooth feel to your hair, you can always grab their conditioner as well.
