The media could not be loaded.  Omggggggg I’m so excited. Ok so I need to breath to tell you all I’m about to. I’m a big fan of fox products and they have some super amazing products. Firstly the price is ridiculous - for such a gorgeous product.This budget planner is available in various sizes and so many colours. Soft to touch with high quality paper. It’s broken up into easy sections which allow you to better organise yourself. At the end of this planner there’s a folder in which we find the glossy bright stickers they will definitely come in handy. There’s also examples of each section and what you should be thinking of writing to fill that. How amazing is that.This is a red planner I got mine in A5 size - easy to store away into your desk or handbag. There are 3 ribbons of various hues of red and pink which can be used to mark pages.It has a 60day no hassle refund. How many places would take that financial risk??? This is my second purchase of the Clever Fox Budget Planner. Quite a bit has changed with the planner, I do prefer the newer version although it is thicker compared to the old version. The 12 planner is undated so you can start whenever you want. It is really good with tracking your spending, savings and how to reduce your debt.You have the financial goals, mind map, strategy & tactics and year at a glance at the beginning of the planner. Don't really think that the year at a glance is needed to be honest. You still have the budget planner pages where you budget your spend for the month and the expense tracker. The monthly budget review has changed where there is a spending analysis which I really like and can't wait to use for 2021 (image included).You have two pages of the saving tracker and three pages of the debt tracker. I don't use the debt tracker as I don't have any debt so I don't find these pages useful. They could reduce the debt tracker pages to two. The holiday budget I don't use as I don't celebrate Christmas, but I would change this to a Celebration budget.There is a regular bill tracker which is new so I'm looking forward to using that. There is a check register and account information which I personally find that there is no relevance in having in the budget planner. I won't be using these pages. In the end, you are given a few blank dotted pages where you can make notes or doodle.Also, you're provided with 3 sticker pages which are good and you have a pocket at the end where you can keep the stickers and receipts. You're also provided with instructions pages which are good and you're also emailed documents in how to use the planner. The budget planner does have three bookmark strings, I don't think you need that many.This is probably one of the best budget planner/trackers I've used.

I highly recommend buying this (and the Premium Planner). I absolutely love this book. I love the feel and the quality of the materials used to make it. I love the fonts used inside. I really enjoy how it makes me really think about how I spend money whilst also quietly questioning if I’m spending it on the right things. I’ve been using it for only a few weeks but I’m managing to stick to the budget I set up and so far it’s done wonders for my savings account. I’m less likely to spend of frivolous things if I have to write it down.The only small change I would make would be to add a blank pie chart into the monthly budget review like the one that is your style of planner. I feel it would be interesting to see at a glance what area I spent the most money on and would be a good visual aid to see what areas I have improved upon compared to the next month. Since buying this I asked for your Premium Planner for my birthday and it is the best planner I have ever received and I really enjoy using it daily.

I love the colour range for the covers of these. I also enjoy the saving goals section and the monthly review part. There is a lot of space for creative use.The expenses section allows for a lot of entries. But a eunning total column would be useful.I do wish there was more space on the income part, and that there was a date option next fo the bills which would eliminate the need for the calendar. And for the expenses page, a running totals column would be excellent for saving time on budget reviews and for keeping better track of where money is at at any given point.I found the stickers are not very fuctional, but they are cute. I ended up giving them to my daughter for craft purposes.

Really impressed with the quality of this planner, very sturdy and easy to use! Did not realise it included stickers which were a great bonus!

The empty spaces to put any month means you can start ANYTIME and still use the whole book. 4 ribbons to mark place which is super convenient. I use every single feature in the book because it’s not full of useless things to fill in. Super basic for budgeting and lots of space to track expenses.

I'm on my last month & have ordered my second Clever Fox budget book, which will be the Budget planner pro. Highly recommend this or the pro version for anyone looking for a tangible budget tracking.Overall: This is great notebook for anyone starting out. The pages help get you organized, and the layout is generous enough to accommodate different money management approaches. In addition to external financial advice & quarantine, this book helped me pay off +10K in credit card debit, by seeing wasted expenses, painfully writing down charges that I could no longer remember and being able to budget for new quarantine hobbies while staying on plan. The one piece that was missing from this notebook & all of versions from Clever Fox is the lack of an investing section. Would also like to see a bigger savings section. As I finish the book, in future versions I would love to see a picture of where I started and how I ended. You can cobble the picture together with the provided layouts but would love a two-page view to show consolidated savings, cash, investments, & debit that includes where I started, how much I put in/withdrew, current balance, and write some goals and reflections. I tried multiple apps and a different planner brand before clever fox, and it did not result in any changes because of the passive engagement, limited budget layout and lack of monthly assessment and reflections.Below is more detail review.The first few pages, My Financial Goals, My Mind Map, My Strategy, My Tactics, and year at a Glance are nice to get you focused, but I honestly rarely remembered they were there or used any of them except the first two. May be more helpful for someone with a more complicated financial picture or goals.Month & YearEnjoyed the calendar section at the beginning, helped me figure out why I kept downing my account by writing down the days of known monthly expenses, scheduled savings, and income. As a result, I did request some of monthly services to change the bill date and was able to pay additional money towards my credit card debit (end of month) while also having money for rent (1st of month). After I paid off my credit card, I found the savings section to be too small and there is no section for investing.Monthly BudgetInitially loved all the subcategories, it helped me change the way I was thinking about expenses and better prioritize. As I got better, the subcategories were annoying because I wasn't using a lot of them. If you are more advanced or these categories don't apply to you, I recommend the budget planner pro which has the same layout less the subcategories.Expense tracking- straight forward, no razzle dazzle but also not neededMonthly budget review + Ideas & NotesHated the pie chart, used it once.....was more frustrating that helpful. The table under spending analysis was enough for me. Enjoyed the reflection questions and notes section, big reason I chose this notebook. After using for a year, the monthly review would be more helpful next to the budget. You already have to do a lot of page flipping to fill in the actuals, and then more to fill in the review + year summary. In the pro version the monthly budget and review are on the same two-page spread. (Clever fox Budget Book and Budget Planner are similar but have key layout differences)Savings & Debit Tracker - Prefect, especially if you have a specific goal like pay off credit card and save for a bougie birthday trip. If you don't use all of one type of the trackers and want more of the other, its super easy to repurpose the pages.Holdiay Buget, Gifts, Spending - 100% didn't use. I don't plan that far in advance, and the captured those needs on the month & year pagesRegular Bill Tracker - Personally do not have a lot of standard bills, or ones that vary by amounts, so 100% didn't use. Might be helpful for someone trying to get a handle of those types of expenses. I just had a shopping addition, hence the credit card debit.Summary of the Year - forgot about these pages until the last four months. Will be using in new planner to monitor shopping expenses, membership fees, and savings goals over time. Again, a net worth page layout would be great. Would also like the top section to mirror the monthly budget review section. Since notebook is set up to exclude savings from expenses, there needs to be two separate lines for savings vs balance. If you prescribe to giving all your money a job, it is hard to see how many months you made it to zero.Check Register, Account Information, and blank pages - 100% didn't use. Personally, wouldn't write down my account information in the same book that shows how much is in those accounts.....the reasons should be obvi. The check section is only two pages....not sure what you capture here that is not your monthly expense section. Might use the blanks when I finish this last month, to write happy messages to myself.
