Did anyone else get these with the box completely open and parts out of their packaging?! I’m embarrassed to give this as a gift as they look used.

Used earbuds were shipped to me. The seal on the earbuds box was broken, the earbuds and case were out of their box, rolling around inside the amazon shipping box. The charging cable is missing. Unfortunately Amazon cannot send me a replacement, so my only option is to return them for a refund. I will have to take my business elsewhere to buy these earbuds.

According to Samsung, they are IPX2. Apparently that means: "small amounts of water at a 15 degrees angle can be handled for 10 minutes at a time and equal to 3mm of rainfall per minute." As someone else noted, you likely won't get THAT much sweat on these, and should be fine.

I have two cell phones Samsung, if they can be connected to the same buds2 or do I have to get a adapter to get the phones connected. Please let me k

Mine can connect to my wife's and my phone. I noticed it's whatever device is closest or which device was it connected to previously. You cannot connect to 2 phones at the same time.

What application for ios do you use? there is no galaxy wearable app available in the app store. galaxy buds is not compatible with iphone.

There’s no app for IOS yet. However, if you’re a Windows user you can download a app to through Windows App Store an adjust the majority of the settings from there. It will save those settings for use on your IOS device. The only setting I couldn’t adjust was turning on “Tap to change volume” that’s available in the Galaxy Wearable app. So I went to a local retailer and used their display Galaxy tablet to download the Wearable app through the Samsung store. I paired by buds and set it from there.
