Down on the forehead in traditional flapper style or up on head in a more modern style. Designed to be worn on right or left side of head. Deco applique sits upon a gold glitter stretch ribbon. "One size fits all" (Women or child's size available at check out) With a pouf of pink ostrich and coque feathers to give it that flirty flapper look.
