It is well built and does the job well.The instructions were all in Japanese, except for a piece of paper with some English instructions that was added in.But the tool is simple to use, and good instructions for setting saw teeth can be found on YouTube. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works Great! *by R***I on October 20, 2016* You want the wood cut width to be slightly wider than the blade to avoid binding. Hence pushing the saw tooth slightly to the side. Setting the saw tooth. This tool does a fine job of setting a saw tooth. Once you have it adjusted each tooth takes 5 or 10 seconds. You typically do every other tooth and then turn the saw around and do the other teeth. Putting a saw flat down on a hard surface (or just regular wear and filing it sharp) can take out the set. This tool restores it very precisely. I can't image trying to get accurate results with a hammer and pin punch.
