I had prematurely rated this product before. Focusing on scent. But after several uses as a hair masque I fell in love. Yes scent is strong but quickly fades. The product does magic when used to condition your hair. I will repurchase do to the benefits it gives to the overall health and conditioning results it provides to my hair. Small amount goes a long way so value to cost excellent.

My order was incomplete when I received it, so I messaged the customer service department and their response was very quick. The representative Jacqueline emailed me and my interaction with her was very professional and she was very kind and helpful. She solved my problem very quickly. As far as the product is concerned, it smells good and makes my hair soft and silky smooth. Will have to use more than a few days to know whether it helps it to grow.
