Does it fit a hole off 33" x 21" ?

My granite opening is ~16.5 x 30". The sink is installed as an undermount. The sink usually looks spotted from water marks and it is hard to clean the sharp corners. A different finish will save aggravation.

If I need 2 holes - can I order it with 2 holes & will it be here quickly?
