I like this vitamin in the liquid form as easily absorbed by the body. However, the taste was much better before. Update - Aug 22, 2021 After taking this supplement for a week I have better insight about the product and it's effectiveness. I've revised my comments and upped the rating from 3 to 5 stars. > About this product & why you might want to try it 1. It's best effective taken on an empty stomach, which I have in the AM - and have found it doesn't upset my (touchy) stomach. > I can feel the Vit B's soothing / calming my nervous system same day 2. This is made with organic fruit flavorings - natural Stevia extract - all natural liposheres. which are guarded to bypass the digestive system so the nutrients go directly to cells / bloodstream. > Liposomal delivery allows the body to absorb up to 9 times more than regular supplements. 3. All 8 vitamin B's are here and most in high doses = from between 63% to 8,333% DV plus a small dose of vitamin C. 4. It's needs refrigerated after opening and taste much better chilled. Serving = 1 tablespoon (15mL - cup included) - shake gently. Drink straight or mix with water / juice / yogurt. >>> Tastes like Vit B's and some citric with a slight nutty overtone. It's not good =- but it's do-able. Best used in 45 days of opening - best use date July 2022.
