Thank God I did not have to cut my LED strips. This product makes it easy to connect two LED strips or multiple LED strips to create one long LED strip. It works properly and all the colors light up. If you are having difficulties with getting all the colors to light up properly it's because you have not connected the red green blue sockets properly. Please ignore any negative reviews on this product.
