If you're not getting color, watch my video. Not only was I not getting color, it was printing blanks. Using the deep cleaning within the software will only waste your ink. You need to clean the printhead carrier. Watch my video to see how to remove it to clean it. Very simple, hope it helps you.

There is a reason why this is cheap. It is a bad product. I thought that I could save some money so I decided to try it. I stocked up with these and they sat for a couple of months. Finally I put the cartridges in my Canon P100 printer. The color is distorted. Since I waited, I am too late for a refund. Well, it's a $20 lesson. You get what you pay for.
