Ab Machine Multi-Functional Exercise Equipment for Home Gym, Height Adjustable Abs Workout Equipment

This ab machine is a great addition to my home gym. It does exactly as described and sets up in minutes. It folds for easy storage. Me and my wife love it. Start off you're training at the low resistance and work your way up. It was delivered a little damaged at the bottom bar but I fixed it pretty easily. The slides can move together with each leg OR you can move individually for a great ab workout.

This ab machine has transformed my at-home core workout completely. The multi-function design lets me target multiple muscle groups, making it a comprehensive solution beyond just sit-ups. Awesome for quick workouts.

Was easy to set up. Since I'm a beginner, and out of shape, I could only do 10 reps. But I'll build up my strength. And even with 10 reps, I felt it in my stomach. All the muscles are connected though. Since getting this machine, my hip has hurt more than my stomach. And my knees hurt from resting on the pad. But I guess no pain no gain. Been working out with it since the day I got it. Starting slow, 5 minutes going back and forth on the pedals, then some crunches. I read reviews where people said to use your body to pull you up during crunches. But it's hard to tell if I'm using my lower body to lift me up since I think it's a whole body effort. I know my workouts are small, only 5-6 minutes, but I'll build myself up. I do love working at home with the TV on tho.

I compared to the more expensive machines and thought yes-no..yes- no till I made up my mind this is a YES! I will be the first to say that it took my husband 20 mins to open the well boxed machine that got here in 3 days after ordering. He got to the small read out calculator and it is okay but I am not going to look at it much so I really didnt care. All I cared about was how sturdy and the level of how difficult it would be for me to use. Have it on the starter level until I build up enough core strength to go to any other level. It will work your abs without the pain of sit ups or neck pain and its impossible to do them wrong. I love this machine and the decision to buy it was a good one. I started out 5 pull ups at a time then came back later and did 5 more until I could do a few more at a time for a total of 25. You can feel the tightness and muscles working. I woke up this morning and felt the workout and no issues at all with any stiff muscles soreness. You feel that it is working you and I got on it again to build up some more reps. It is not this huge piece of equipment that you are stuck moving. It folds but I wont fold it as I put it at the end of the bed so I can easily use it whenever I want, I thought this may be a piece of cheap equipment but its not! Cant wait to feel better toned! Hoping for great results.

I've owned this for half a year now. Wanted to assess it and review it after I knew it'd last. I've come just to do that. Firstly if you see reviews saying it doesn't work it's likely those people are using it wrong. When you pull up with the handles don't pull up with your arms, use your ABS which is the point of this. Once you figure that out you'll feel the burn or tightness feeling which tells you it's working. I'd explain that but you got this, I believe in you. Anyways, I've been on a journey to improve my body and overall health. I was once 280LBS I'm now a 185LB 5'9 guy and this machine stays sturdy for me and hasn't shown a single sign of ware on it yet. It also literally folds up so compact it goes straight under my bed unnoticed huge plus. I personally recommend this if you want something to add into your core routine. Not a trainer or anyone fancy just someone that notices results from this.

Rubbers covering the pipes on the feet is broken so little disappointed in that. Waist of time to send it back just for that. Expected a little more like better padding its going to be comfortable for a while and im sure the padding is going to wear out fast but time will learn. But it works really hit you're abs. I am sure if you use it everyday you will loos the Weight you want and will give you a better core.

Very well packaged. Simple for a 64 year old woman to put together using an electric screwdriver. Came with extra hardware. So far I'm impressed with the quality. It's sturdy but light enough to move around. Can already tell it's gonna take some diligence to get up to a decent amount of reps. Will submit an update once I've had time to break it (and myself) in.

This works great! Easy to store away and it's great having 3 different levels of intensity. Just make sure your posture is correct otherwise your back will be sore in the morning! Only gripe is with the handles, a horizontal bar would make it more comfortable on the wrists

Who would have thought that hurting could feel so good? This ab machine is nothing short of incredible! It targets the right areas and let me tell you, it's no walk in the park. Let's be real, if sculpting abs were easy, everyone would flaunt a six-pack. I'm a bit out of shape myself, but this machine has been a game-changer. I can manage about 20 reps at a time, totaling around 60 without feeling like I'm about to faint. Sure, there might be other ab machines out there, but I doubt any can work your core as effectively as this one. The burn is real, but so are the results. Installation was a breeze, and the fact that it can be folded for storage is a huge plus, especially for those of us tight on space. If you're serious about adding to your home gym and really want to challenge your core, this is an absolute must-buy. Trust me, you won't regret it!
