Does the coating on these plates contain pfas?

My plates were packaged from Walmart. I’m confused, shouldn’t the package be from Amazon

my plates also i believe they get salvaged or overstock product they charge more than Walmart so maybe they buy at Walmart and resale them

Are these lined with plastic? or do they smell?
