Not sure how many lumens it is but I can tell you there are 4 levels of brightness. When your filming someone or something many times you can use this to fill in the shadows to make the image more equal in light range so as to not have too much of a difference between the main light source and the shadows. I strongly recommend this light its been a great addition so far for me. If you would like more technical answers as to the lumens try contacting Ulanzi, their contact info should be easy to find.

Do they work as slave flashes? Do they have a function where they are triggered only by another camera flash?
