A Japanese doctor spent thirty (30) years researching L-Glutathione and determined that among all antioxidants it was very special because it worked more like a catalyst in that it didn't just deplete but continued to work over and over helping other nutrients maintain their integrity much longer. I like the 180 capsule size so I don't have to order too often. I take it for sleep and it helps! Great REM sleep. The price is very affordable.

Does what I need it to do!

I haven't been on this product long enough (4 days) to determine the effect is has on my health and wellness. But I believe. And I hope it will help me with the multivariate of health issues I have experienced since May 2022. I'm a naturalist and a self healer and pray this product will relieve some of my issues. I've read the reviews and some claim it works after two weeks of use. If it does, I will be back to update this review. So far, I've had no side effects. UPDATE: Feb 17, 2023 I've been on this product about 5 weeks and I can honestly say I feel better. I'm in less pain and because of that, I will continue taking it. I've had no side effects whatsoever. And I'm not sure, but I think it's helping me lose weight, without trying. I've also noticed my right ankle and foot isn't swollen so much from the referred pain from multilevel lumbar degenerative disc disease (lumbar radiculopathy). It will be interesting to see how I feel after using it for one year.
