Well made.. Good price
I liked this. Used it a lot and it is dependable and was easy to use. Good construction and lots of options for testing various cable. Happy with my purchase.

No continuity probe
Great product and covers most all the cable type needs, but DOES NOT have a continuity probe tester, typically where it also doubles as a banana plug tester.

Great device I will use all the time, sad it had no instructions
Sturdy and well-built product that I will use all the time. It was easy enough to figure out the basics, but I wish it could go further, maybe with some instructions. It's kind of a good or bad result. It either works or it doesn't, instead of indicating a short or wrong pin configuration. It's just a quick way to check if a wire is functioning but not how well it is doing it. Still, it's a great tool to save time when unsure if a cable is working. I like that it tests HDMI, audio, video, and networking cables.

works line a champ, great investment for service providers/systems integrators. it handles most encountered cable types; USB, HDMI, speakon, XLR 3, mini din(s-video), midi, etc.

Bang for your buck
For my work flow, I wish it had SDI and Display testers, but wow does this thing cover everything else so well! Built solid, extremely easy to use, extremely reliable and handy! It has saved me so much time and headaches on job sites in troubleshooting my issues My only complaint is that it can only work with male-to-male of the same cord type. If you have any sort of converter or adapter cord (I.e usb-c to hdmi or 3.5mm to 1/4”), you won’t be able to test on the $60 unit. Either way, I love this thing. Would 100% buy another and plan on it soon for big job sites.

Worth having if you have any cables
This has made life easier. Now I test the cable first before seeking system repair. With this 15 plug teater, there is no cable or connector I can not test.
