Très bon produit.
Attention anti adhésif oui mais ! Il faut quand même utiliser de la farine pour étaler les pâtes un peu molle ou plus humide sinon ça colle un peu par contre le tapis ne bouge pas quand on abaisse fortement la pâte je le place sur ma plaque de cuisson induction et il reste bien en place.
