Does this scale give voice measurements of weight?

No, there is an app you put on you phone and when it's done calculation your phone will ding. I don't like the scale because it's not accurate. I step on one off and do again and it says a different weight.

How do I fix it? I used all the suggestions and it still does not give accurate weight?
