I have ordered a few glass items on Amazon but frankly speaking , I have never seen such kind of steady packing. Both the Jars were packed perfectly fine. Also the quality of Jars are rop notch. When we order for fermentation, the size of hope should match with the upper nozzle wnd to my surprised it's best fermentation jars I have ever seen 5 stars from my side, they have also provided two jar caps to keep the fermented items air tight. Just of for it.

For people who want to make ferment's like Kanji, water Kefir, Tepache this is a great apparatus, For Kefir do not use the lids with airlock instead just cover the jar with cloth and a rubber band, But for Kanji and Tepache it's awesome and they come out great, Loved them and would recommend them for serious fermentation of probiotic drinks. make your own natural flavoured ferments and one will stop consuming soft drinks. It's really awesome. Pineapple water Kefir and Beet+carrot Kanji.

What I like is I am confused how can I keep it's lid close after fermentation so they provided 4 lid cap of bottel two for fermentation and 2 for pack and go.

This is really good product only issue I have with this product is they don't provide weights for this product and i had to buy it from different seller
