A: I would say they have a medium firmness. They hold your head but don’t flatten out.

A: These pillows are over filled already

**Q: Will these pillows ever go flat and are they neck and shoulder pain relief?**
A: They go flat eventually, took almost 2 years for mine. They are relieving until they go flat, then cause issues in neck.

I like these pillows a lot! I think the shredded memory foam makes them softer than if it was solid memory foam, which I like. I hope they hold up for a long time. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because in this set of 2, one clearly has more stuffing than the other.
