Is about 40 inches in diameter. There is no wall. You take your suit off standing on the mat. Hopefully with a towel or changing poncho. The mat has a draw string and your suit bottles etc is in a plastic pouch. No mess in the car

Does this have shoulder strap or handles?

It has cinch/drawstrings to close it. They are quite long, so I wouldn't consider them handles or straps. Basically good for unsuiting near your car.
