Every year, I would get terrible cold sores directly above my upper lip. This started when I was a child and continued into my early-twenties. To make matters worse, I soon realized that seasonal changes and sexual activity would make them flair up (couldn't even kiss a partner without the fear of getting one, and I was always on-edge every time summer began to loom in the distance). And I'm not talking about just any little cold sore, I mean my upper lip would swell into a mini-balloon of inflammation and crust and I would be left on the verge of tears due to the pain. Could barely eat or drink. This would last for weeks at a time. In fact, I still have some slight scarring above my lip because of it. I'm sure a lot of you can relate to this. About nine years ago, I decided to give this a try. I had zero expectations because I'd already tried so many other things that failed me, including prescribed medications, that I figured this would be yet another disappointment. The only reason I even gave it a shot is because some of the ingredients are known to help with cold sores and I didn't have anything to lose by that point. Well, little did I know, this would solve the problem COMPLETELY. To keep this brief, I haven't gotten a single cold sore on my lip since I began taking these. I've been cured of it for nine years. There was a brief period where I wasn't very consistent with the vitamins, not taking them for weeks at a time, and I noticed a tingling sensation and redness, signifying another incoming cold sore. I immediately took these again and the cold sore went away before it could even really develop. Crisis averted. Even with the vitamins, I still get cold sores inside my mouth from time to time, but they're always very tiny and never last too long. Still bothersome and a little painful, but absolutely nothing compared to what I used to experience. The even greater thing? I rarely get sick with the cold or flu anymore. I used to get sick at least twice a year, like clockwork. Not anymore. *Knocks on wood it stays that way, especially right now* I also take Vitamin D3 supplements daily, which probably help. In my case, I don't think I'm being hyperbolic when I say Super Lysine+ improved my life in a big way. I do have one con: They don't have the best taste and smell. But if you're anything like me, you'll get so used to the taste that it won't even really register after a while. The taste doesn't linger, so it's really not much of a problem at all. Note: They also sell a relatively cheap Super Lysine+ medicated chapstick that I rarely use but still feel better having. If you also get terrible cold sores on your lip, it might be a nice little extra bit of protection. Warning: It's very greasy and will make it look like you applied shiny lipstick/gloss to your lips. If any of you gals and guys are into that kind of thing, just look at it as an added bonus. If you're not, it's still far better than pain.

1st of all this pill is a little larger than normal (not huge, but like a vitamin). This product is very good for the cost and very easy to swallow. I take one very day to colds, flu, and COVID away and to keep my skin looking healthy (it makes your skin feel sooo smooth) and the quality of the product is so good... It is odorless garlic... I always wanted to take garlic for my cholesterol and heart health, but it was so smelly and comes through your pores, but this is truly odorless. You do have a good feeling of overall health while taking this supplement. This tablet is very functional to take everyday abd and not walk around smelling like garlic 🧄. I take everyday and always keep a supply on hand.

I’ve suffered from cold sores since the times I’ve been in 8th grade. So many weeks of my life were spent in embarrassment, misery and excruciating pain... anyone who has cold sores can relate. I spent so much money on topical product, read millions of “what to do when you have a cold sore” articles, went so far as to put nail polish remover and tea tree oil on my cold sore to dry it up and shrink it. Yes, I actually put nail polish remover in my mouth. But when you’re desperate, you’re desperate It was about five years ago that I discovered this miracle supplement! Any time that I start to feel that’s known “tingling” I whip this out of my purse. When I have a cold, and my immune system is down (generally when cold sores emerge) I load up on lysine! When I feel that tingle, I generally take three tablets, in the morning, and three at night, and that’s enough to stop the cold sore from erupting or showing! In the off case that I do get a cold sore, because I don’t catch the early symptoms, I take 3 pills in the morning, 3 in the afternoon, and 3 at night. This takes the normal, nearly two week process, and speeds up up to a couple days. It even lessens the throbbing pain. There are times when I take more, but I will warn, that this can seriously mess up your stomach. You’ll have excruciating pain if you take too much, and you’ll spend your day in the bathroom. I’ve only gone to this extreme when I’ve had an event and I needed the cold sore gone fast! The pill size of this brand is great! I’ve tried other brands that were triple the size and tasted awful. These goes down smooth and have no taste. If you suffer from any type of cold sore, you NEED this product!

This Works! I suffer from frequent cold sores on/around my lips ( about once a month i was noticing) due to a auto-immune disease & the stress that comes from it. When i wake up and feel that tell-tale tingle you get before the blister, I automatically take 4 of these, then i will take the recommended 3 daily for a few days to a week. Generally with this program and the combined use of either Abreva or a cortisone cream along with the tablets, my cold sores only last a few days and remain at a just a annoying tingle/pain level, dont seem to scab as largely, and are minimally noticable and can be covered by my makeup and the skin heals nicely, as opposed to before i used this regime when they would last a painful few weeks become large bubbly & crusty blisters and be hard to hide and healing visibility was poor on my fair skin. I do not take these everyday, generally only when i feel the tingle, but my cold sore frequencies have reduced since i started incorporating this into the healing plan. I have to say i was a skeptic, i had never tried anything like this, but i read the reviews and figured for $7 it was worth a shot! Im happy i did and it has also given me the ability to better my vitamin regime by adding new vitamins i previously wouldnt have considered. I have purchased this item twice now and will continue to do so They are somewhat large pills, but i have no issue with taking pills, others may want to consider this if you have a problem however.
