I tried for 15 days but could NOT even feel the slightest effects in terms of energy , mental clarity or reduction in inflammation!I've had AHCC before from Kinoko and that was 10X superior. This one is not even from primed acetylated alpha glucans derived from Shitake mycellia, but instead claims being derived from fruit bodies which is sham.It is only a low grade mushroom supplement at best with ZERO effectiveness.For me this was total money down the drain !!Since then, I Have moved to Kinoko and Transfer point and added a full spectrum mushroom supplement from Dr Danielle and Zyrotech instead comprising adaptogenic mushrooms and found better relief for allergy, pain, and getting more energy and mental clarity as well within few days !!In a nutshell This was just a rip off !! I was suckered by the reviews and paid the price !!I will NOT recommended it to anyone.
