This roll-on is so easy to use and it relieves sore muscles super well. Recommended by my Physical Therapist. A bit pricey, but worth it!

This pain relief roll on works pretty good. It's a little pricey for 3ounces. That's probably why, they stopped using it at therapy. I carry it in my bag, for fast relief on my back and calves.

I was introduced to this by a massage therapist. For years I have used Biofreeze, which is a great product. However, Rocksauce takes it to a whole different level. I has helped relieve pain on my knees shoulder and back. It does have a strong odor but I can tolerate it for the relief. Keep this away from sensitive areas such as the eyes and privates!

It works well but it doesn’t always come out of the roller. DONT squeeze it-even a little- to try to get some out or else the ball will shoot out and you’ll have a spicy money shot all over. I wish there was a spray option or a spongy type application option

But once you start moving and your body temperature begins to rise, the heat kicks in with a vengeance. It’s a deep, penetrating warmth that feels like it’s actually reaching the muscle fibers rather than just sitting on the surface of the skin. I find it particularly effective for those nagging, dull aches in my lower back or calves that usually take forever to loosen up. If you accidentally rub your eyes or touch sensitive skin before washing your hands thoroughly, you’re going to be in for an intense hour of regret. Also, don't even think about jumping into a hot shower immediately after a workout if you still have this on your skin, unless you want to feel like you’re being boiled alive. Despite the intensity and the very strong cinnamon-menthol scent that will definitely announce your presence in a room, the results are undeniable. For serious muscle relief that actually sticks around, this is easily a 4.5-star product that does exactly what it promises.

Coworker recommended for muscle pain. Loved the menthol smell. Tingles and gets hot which is like icy hot. Nothing crazy different.

This is a must-have when dealing with lower back pain. I have two herniated discs in my spine, and this product is something I always keep on my nightstand. It helps me a lot with the pain, not only in my back but in other parts of my body as well. Highly recommended.

This stuff is the goods, as another reviewer said, you pretty much cant feel your legs at all after putting it on. I'm yet to try it on a long run, but I imagine it would do wonders for endurance runners with pains. I was worried this was a gimmick and would be similar to all the other products on the market, but it is definitely more.

I have chronic pain and use all sorts of ointments and other medications. This particular cream is great for applying after a massage, my Physio uses it and after a few minutes with the massage gun on sore spots I follow with this cream and I can move around freely for a little while longer than usual. It’s not as strong as other creams but it does provide some relief to a similar heat level of deep heat

My mom said that it is very warm and nice and soothes her shoulder pain.
