What is the pan made of?

The small rubber piece for the non handle side, can you leave that on when your cooking, or will it melt or something?

No! It becomes very hot!!!! And you can not handle or flip.

Does the pan come with a pot holder?

it comes with a small silicone pot holder that fits the side of the pan with small curved handdle it's quite handy for flipping that side over to complete your omelet
