What is the temperature in kelvins of the warm and cool white ? Does the warm white is yellow or neutral ?

Warm White is the color of conventional incandescent bulbs, around 2500 kelvin. Cool and Bright are more of a white light around 3000 to 4000 kelvin. The higher the kelvin the brighter the light but at some point tends toward the blue end of the scale. Case in point, the new style car headlights are very high kelvin but don't seem to carry the distance, at speed, like the older halogen style.

Could I use this for a food truck?

These lights give off light but; don't light up anything. They are good for a yard lights but they do not light up the yard.
