I am required to have blood pressure below 140/70 in order to keep my job. You can imagine how I felt when my pressure regularly went up into the range of 145-155. I wanted to avoid taking medication for it because I believe that once I started taking it I would be using it for the rest of my life. So I stopped smoking, went on a diet, (I started out at 5' 10" and 200 lbs) and began with this blood pressure supplement along with CoQ10, Omega 3 fish oil, and garlic pills. I also started exercising at least 3 times a week. I really believe that all of the changes I made TOGETHER helped me, because at my annual physical two days ago my pressure was 128/68. I'm going to stick to my regimen because I feel so much better now. My heart and lungs are working better than they have in years, and my only regret are the foods and soft drinks that I leave alone now. But will power can conquer the desire for food, drink, and tobacco, especially when your life and your job is at stake. I think a change in lifestyle and these dietary supplements can help anyone improve their health.

I read the one star reviews of this product while I’m about to make my 15th or so purchase. I’m not suffering from high blood pressure rather, as I’m aging, my blood pressure was increasingly reading in the “at risk” levels and never normal, sometimes having spikes during times of raised anxiety. Since I began taking one capsule per day of this, I also use a nitric oxide supplement and exercise and eat home cooked meals exclusively, my blood pressure almost always registers as exactly normal. I know everyone is different when it comes to the effects of natural supplements, but this works well for me and I can feel the difference when I don’t take it for a couple of days. It also beats having to be addicted to an expensive big pharma prescription drug. Good luck all.

I've been on a natural regimen for treating my high BP for some time now...Part of that regimen has always included one of these multi ingredient blends in addition to the other supplements I take. Although most of them work pretty well, others perform quite a bit better...And at a better price...I have been on this one now for about 2 weeks and have had very favorable results from it. I take my BP myself about 3 times a week and well keep track of it. (Very important to get your own tester if you are in a natural regimen like me, or, if you have a real serious problem with your BP). This is not the most complete ingredient wise that I have ever used, but it has been one of the best. And, it has most of the truly proven ingredients in it that I have come to expect will give me some real BP lowering results..That is, hawthorn, hibiscus, garlic bulb, to name a few.. Do any research about naturally lowering high BP online and you will begin to get very familiar with the same herbs, vitamins mentioned as part of any natural approach to controlling it...And, just as important, this brand carries a healthy, very acceptable dose of all of them. Personally speaking I have to pay just as much attention to the price as I do what's in it....I have been all over the place as to trial and error price wise and really seen some disappointments in some supplements that are quite costly. This is one thing that you always don't get what you pay for, trust me..This brand isn't the very cheapest on Amazon, but one of the best for the price for the quantity and quality you get. Altogether a good, solid supplement that is proving itself to be very effective for me, and at a fair price...Recommended...

Only been taking for 30 days, will try for another month to see if changes occur. I like that it is easy to swallow the capsules. You can tell there's garlic, which is good - but doesn't leave garlic aftertaste.

This product has been very instrumental in helping me keep my BP stable and within range.

Nothing good to say about this product. I was hopeful that this with help me get off my blood pressure meds after reading all the positive reviews. Took it first time at night. Took a shower and got ready for bed. Suddenly, standing in the kitchen, I felt a warm sensation all over my body, my heart start racing so fast I had to sit. Luckily my husband was at home. I tried to contain myself to see if the pulse rate can come down but it couldn’t. Checked my blood pressure it was 165/105, scared and afraid we called 911. I was taken to a nearby hospital, EKG showed nothing alarming, I was sent home. Not knowing what was making me sick, a day after the incident, I took it again before bed time and this time it was worse. My husband drove me to the emergency room and again after spending more the 12 hrs I was sent home, nothing was wrong. I got on my phone and read through some reviews that had one ⭐️ and came across one that described that they had anxiety and that’s exactly what I was going through. The doctors kept asking me if I had a history of anxiety, of which I don’t. I now know the culprit to my not feeling so well in the past three days. I would recommend you do more research on the ingredients before you purchase this product. Make sure you know the side effects of each ingredient in it and to be sure you will have no adverse effects/ side effects.
