Holds a long charge. The phone will let you know when it needs to be charged. Does not take up a lot of space

I try to chat with someone from Panasonic at the end they wanted $5 to talk to someone else and to give them my credit card. I cannot get the phone to work at all. I’ve tried everything and they couldn’t help me unless I paid five dollars.
