I had light scratches and some water spots. It removed both.

does it clean the cabinets?

I use it to touch up nicks in hardwood floors, cabinets and wood furniture. I have both the light and dark. It does leave a film so I usually use furniture cleaner after touching up to get a nice clean finish ... Hope this helps

How to get Old Engllish stain out of clothing?

Apply cornstarch or baby powder to the stain. Rub the cornstarch or powder in and leave it on the spot overnight. The next day shake out the corn starch. Apply Dawn Dishwashing Liquid on the stain and hand wash the fabric. It may require a repeat of the process. This usually works but some of the stain might remain.
