I believe so yes. It looks like the rode podcaster comes with the rm2 connector. You attach the rm2 connector that comes with your rode to the rode mic, then connect the rm2 connector to the elgato. The elgato comes with a few different size adapters to get over this issue I tried a few booms before coming across the elgato lp. It is simply amazing. Brilliant style and build quality, works perfectly.
