I’m still new to it but I’ve tried some extremely wet dough and standard hydration dough and they both baked nicely. Didn’t stick and was easy to remove. Even when experimenting with some cheese bread, the cheese spilled out, but the dough didn’t stick at all to the pan. Nice and sturdy and well made and clean up is a breeze with the nonstick surface. Perfect size to make about a standard loaf of bread and you easily get that nice bread shape. Highly recommended.

Farberware has always been quality and I am so happy to note that in this great wide world of outsourcing that the quality has not changed as it has chanced for so many other previous quality products.

I recently started making my own bread. I’m still new to it but I’ve tried some extremely wet dough and standard hydration dough and they both baked nicely. Didn’t stick and was easy to remove. Even when experimenting with some cheese bread, the cheese spilled out, but the dough didn’t stick at all to the pan. Nice and sturdy and well made and clean up is a breeze with the nonstick surface. Perfect size to make about a standard loaf of bread and you easily get that nice bread shape. Highly recommended.
